Podcasts can be a fantastic addition to your learning resources, and here are some tips for doing just that:

  • Help them practice active listening - Start by encouraging listening habits among your team. This includes taking notes during episodes and engaging in online communities related to the podcasts. It’s all about maximizing the learning experience!
  • Share insights to grow as a team - Once your team has absorbed some podcast content, it must be made into a workplace habit to share acquired knowledge in their own understanding. Create opportunities for team members to discuss what they've learned and how it can be applied in your workplace.
