2020 has been different & challenging for all of us. As we wrap up this year, I wanted to take a moment to reflect!
A look-back at 2020 🚀🚀
We won a bunch of new customers & some of them came purely via inbound
- We supported our large enterprise customers in their biggest rollouts for training & helping their users
- We now have customers in the UK 🇬🇧, Singapore 🇸🇬, India 🇮🇳
- we have users sign up for the free trial from more than 15 countries 🌐
- We increased website visitors 5 times from the same time last year
- We went completely remote from March 2020. We have a team in 4 cities - Pune, Gwalior, Beed, Bangalore & are going to hire new team members from any location & geographies going ahead
- We got accolades from our customers as well as critical feedback & we are really grateful for that 🙏
- We added a lot of new features to our product such as video export 📹 of walkthroughs along with voice 🎤, added new languages, the ability to add rich media to help articles, & many more!
Helping, guiding users is a long-unsolved journey, and we are enjoying every bit of it!
